All product descriptions, images, weights, and prices displayed on our website are as accurate as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to handcrafted designs, stone settings, or lighting in photography.
2. Order Confirmation:
Once an order is placed, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation. Coimbatore Jewellery reserves the right to cancel or modify orders in case of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicious activity. Any amount paid will be refunded in full if your order is canceled.
3. Pricing & Payment:
All prices are inclusive of GST unless mentioned otherwise. We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and EMI (for select cards). Cash on Delivery is available only for eligible products and locations.
4. Shipping & Delivery:

5. Returns & Exchange:
Items once sold cannot be returned unless damaged in transit or incorrectly delivered. However, select items are eligible for exchange within 7 days. Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed terms.
6. Custom & Engraved Orders:
Custom-made or engraved jewellery cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once the design is approved and the production has started.
7. Warranty & Authenticity:
All our jewellery is BIS hallmarked (for gold), certified (for diamonds), and comes with a bill and authenticity proof. Warranty for wear & tear or accidental damage is not covered.
8. Intellectual Property:
All designs, images, videos, and content on our website or social media are the intellectual property of Coimbatore Jewellery and cannot be copied, reproduced, or used without written consent.
9. Privacy & Data Protection:
We value your privacy and use your information only to process orders, send updates, and improve service. We never sell or share your data with third parties.
