Shipping Policy

At Coimbatore Jewellery, we understand that every jewellery purchase is emotional and valuable. That’s why we treat every order with utmost care — right from packaging to doorstep delivery. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Delivery Timelines:
- Orders within Tamil Nadu: 2–4 working days - Other South Indian states: 3–6 working days - Rest of India: 4–8 working days - Made-to-order or customized jewellery: 7–15 working days depending on the design We’ll keep you updated with tracking details once your order is shipped.

Shipping Charges:
- We offer **free shipping** across India on all orders above ₹5,000. - For orders below ₹5,000, a minimal flat shipping charge of ₹99 is applicable. - All packages are insured until delivery — your product is always protected.

Packaging & Safety:
All jewellery items are packed securely in tamper-proof boxes. Silver articles are carefully bubble-wrapped to avoid scratches or dents. Every order includes the original bill, certificate (if applicable), and care instructions.

Courier Partners:
We ship using trusted courier partners like DTDC, Bluedart, Delhivery, and India Post (for remote pin codes). All deliveries are trackable, and you'll receive SMS/email updates throughout the process.

Cash on Delivery (COD):
Currently, COD is available for select products within Tamil Nadu only. For high-value items (above ₹10,000), we recommend prepaid payments for faster dispatch.

Delayed or Lost Orders:
In rare cases of delays due to courier issues or natural events, our support team will keep you informed and work to resolve it quickly. If a parcel is lost in transit, we offer either full replacement or refund, no questions asked.
