At Coimbatore Jewellery, your satisfaction means everything to us. While jewellery is a highly personal and customized product, we do have a fair and transparent return and refund policy in place to protect both our customers and our craftsmanship.
1. Returns Due to Damage or Wrong Item:
If you receive a damaged product or an item different from what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Share clear photos via WhatsApp or email. We’ll arrange for a return pickup (wherever available) or guide you for a secure return process.
Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll either ship a replacement or offer a full refund — your choice.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return:
- Custom-made or engraved items
- Jewellery altered or resized after delivery
- Items without the original bill, certificate, or packaging
- Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery
3. Exchange Option (In-Store or Online):
For eligible products, we offer a 7-day exchange policy. You can exchange the item for another design of equal or higher value. The item must be unused, untampered, and returned with the original packaging and invoice.
4. Refund Process:
Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days. The amount will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, card, bank transfer). For COD orders, we’ll request your bank details for a safe refund.
5. In-Store Purchase Returns:
Items bought in-store can only be exchanged or returned directly at the store with a physical bill. Refunds for in-store purchases are subject to store manager’s approval based on inspection.
6. Return Shipping:
For eligible returns, we will guide you with the safest courier option. We may also provide a prepaid shipping label (if your pincode is serviceable). The product must be sealed and packed properly.
