We understand that sometimes plans change. At Coimbatore Jewellery, we aim to provide a flexible and fair cancellation process — while also protecting the efforts involved in crafting your jewellery. Here’s how our cancellation policy works:
1. Cancellation Before Dispatch:
Orders can be canceled **within 12 hours** of placing them, provided the item hasn’t been shipped. You can call or WhatsApp our team to request a cancellation. If eligible, your amount will be refunded within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
2. Cancellation After Dispatch:
Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled. However, you may request a return as per our Return & Refund Policy, depending on the item’s eligibility.
3. Customized Orders:
Made-to-order items or custom-designed jewellery **cannot be canceled** once the production process has started. This includes name engravings, design modifications, and size-based pieces.
4. Prepaid Orders:
If a prepaid order is canceled within the allowed window, we’ll refund the full amount. Refunds are processed via the same method used for payment (UPI, card, bank).
5. Store Purchases:
Products purchased directly from our physical store are not eligible for cancellation. Exchanges may be offered depending on the situation — at the discretion of the store manager.
